About the Business
David Vincent has been in Plymouth Pannier Market for 47 years, he took on the current stall 22 years ago as a fruit, veg and flower stall. Over the years the stall has evolved to concentrate solely on producing high quality floral displays and tributes. We produce quality funeral work and wedding flowers, general flowers such as box displays and hand ties and traditional bouquets.
