About the Business
It started with vegetables. My Grandpa had a large vegetable patch in his garden and when I was tiny I remember watching with amazement as he showed me how to harvest runner beans and dig up new potatoes. As a child I would dig up my parents' gardens and plant beans, sweetcorn and radishes and be amazed at how these amazing plants grew from tiny seeds.
Friends started asking if I could do their wedding flowers, books were read, a course at Bicton College followed and Sarah Hill Flowers was born. Homegrown as often as I can, foraged or using local growers often, imported as a last resort. An abundance of colour, fragrances and textures.
