About the Business
Forage and Blossom by name and by nature. I'm Alice the founder of Forage and Blossom. I am a floral designer with an artistic background inspired by all things organic, off-beat and botany based. I love to embrace the natural kinks and flairs of flowers and allow the blooms to flaunt themselves. My designs are influenced by the wild textured layers of the natural world and I like to bring in rich depth with scent, foliage and texture which awaken the senses.
Working with flowers was probably written in the stars for me. Ever since I can remember I was my Mum's shadow in the garden; chief dead header, blackberry picker (one for me, one for the tub) and seed sower. Having weaved my way through an artistic education and an assortment of jobs in design I found myself, as if being called, plunging into the world of floristry. I love it and wonder how I never discovered this world before.
