About the Business
In the mid 1990s I attended a part time floristry course at Oaklands College in St. Albans. After having been told by the tutor that I had a natural flair, I decided to carry on and attained NVQ Level 1&2 Floristry followed by Level 3 Advanced Wedding Floristry. I am also a CBA Certified Balloon Artist. Since starting Cathy's Bloomers in 1999 I have built up a large circle of loyal customers and provided the floral arrangements for 100s of weddings. In 2006 I added wedding chair covers to my list of services and by 2011 the shop was simply no longer big enough to cope so I relocated to larger premises. Quality and attention to detail is something I hold very dear and I now receive a substantial amount of work by way of recommendation.
